On Wednesday, we lunched at a resort on Fish Trap Cove. The resort had eight cabins set on a placid lake along with a full service restaurant and bar. Throw in a sandy beach for swimming, pontoon boat, fire-pit, lake jumping with fish, surrounding woods and it had all the best that Northern Wisconsin has to offer. Opinion was pretty much unanimous that such a resort would be a great place to base a future Doughty 500 at. What's not to like?
